Defective clothes - no refund

I am a Delhi resident. I had gone to Jaipur for one day official trip on 29-Sep. Which returning back to airport in the night my driver suggested to buy something for this apparently well know store by name of Heritage Nandini which was right outside airport road. Given I was getting late, I quickly bought a ladies suit piece for Rs 3200 (no bargaining) and then went to airport. Next day morning when I say the suit piece in daylight, it was shocked to see the quality of such an expensive piece. Dye color was weak where black dupatta color had come over orange suit, suit lining was coming off and various other defects. I immediately called up the store manager and he agreed to take the piece back. I sent the piece back to his store in Jaipur on 3-Oct (spending another Rs1000) through a driver. To my horrors, store manager - Harish Longani (9982747583) refused to refund my money. He took the suit piece back and wrote on the bill that piece has been taken back. That's it.

As I am not expected to goto Jaipur now, I have lost all hope to get back my Rs 3200 from this fraudulent cheap quality store. Would be a great help if you could do something about it. Here are the details
