India today book club i have placed an order for dvd Philips, Home Theatre, one Reebok wrist watch, 5000 worth of gift voucher

date of booking the order 13th july my book id is 110034611 and the OGA090065587 since 3months they say they have sent it to BLUE DART and the s ame say, the consignment is missing . now is this a cheap down rated company were a the order gets missed call center cannot give the info i am a defence officer .the amount is Rs 7598. atleast give me the refund.
