Delay in delivery

Our material is reached at Pimpri Pune office on 11.3.2010.Till now they have not delivered the material on address & today is 12.3.2010 i called 4-6 times from yestarday even then not delivered.

Very poor service. No timely service

same complaint is submitted to Home shop 18 for poor service
