Didn't receive the orde

To whom this may concern,

I ordered a book on Homeshop 18 on 8th of April. Below are the details.

Book Name: SACH

Order number : 903074741

Price: Rs.291

I received the confirmation from homeshop 18 on the same day i ordered via SMS which sayed expect delivery on 12th April. On 13th of April I received an SMS with the awb number (First Flight) saying expect delivery within 2 - 3 working days. On 16th of April I called up First Flight kolkata and they told me that the order hasn't reached Kolkata yet.

Then I lodged a complaint with HomeShop 18 complain number : 63937059

On 21st April, as no actions were taken till that time, I called up HomeShop 18 and talked to a team lead Mr Karan Sharma. He asked me to wait for 5 days max. Today is 29th and when I called up today I still hear that the order is in transit.

Please take necessary actions and also let me know that can I lodge a police complaint for this?
