Poor quality of leathe

Dear sir/madam,

I bought a pair of shoe from your show room in Frazer Rd, Patna. when i visited their they informed me that after 2 month they will not take any complain and for complaining i have to contact kolkata office or i do it online. the problem is that the leather of left pair of the shoe become wrinkled but right pair has not shown any such character.

Presently i am in Kolkata and i will leave tomorrow night i.e on 19.04.2011. so if u need the physical verification of the shoe u can do.
