With reference to your ad in Times of India, we ordered "Hyderabad Pearl Presents - Rich combo Total 73 Items on 07/06 We received the delivery of the product yesterday. To our surprise, the product delivered didnt meet any standards or quality as specified in the News paper.

We called the helpdesk number immediately and after understanding the detailed Complaint procedure, we registered the complaint today, (Complaint No 353303). We had a big argument about this product deliverd which to any common man doesnt stand worth 210/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) also. There isnt a single product which is hyderabad pearls or any decent standard product worth money.

More so, your calling agents very not friendly and avoided talking in english, though we spoke in english. On the next call, when i spoke in hindi, then only they got to explain me the detailed Complaint procedure.

We need our money refunded or product exchanged and to be delivered as per the details mentioned in the News paper. Else we would take it up legally and ensure that there is any more order from public in future. We request you to educate your call agents and ensure that you have a good agreement with your suppliers to supply the best products meeting the worth of money as paid by prospective customers.

Post complaint, we received 3 sms today, Shall we order reverse pickup thru TNT courier.by calling Toll free # 18004259999 to the following Merchant address as said in the SMS :-

4-4-312, GIRIRAJ LANE, KOTHI, HYDERABAD 500 095.

Please confirm about this reverse pick up asap by email. Again we dont want to follow with ths unknow courier agency whether product delivered back to Merchant or so, thats not your headache or our business.

Once again, a strict reminder... Please ensure we will b e delievered the correct product or cash refunded on my card account immediately, else we would be forced to take this to MEDIA and appropriate LEGAL ACTION against your false advertisement in Times about this sales of inappropriate / falsify products..

As on today, I sent the reverse courier by TNT and also sent the Airbill number by email and call but didnt hear any update from them.
