Not working the machine properly

I am very sorry for telling that iam very much dissaoppinted with your machine .while working some times it will stops as a sudden .water flow is not correct. it is just 2year of period.when we were planning to buy one wshing machine my sister suggested me to buy Samsung because there is no complaint of machine even after 5 years.but that time i thought that ifb is the best i brought it .but now i am worrying about my decision
