Poor service and not compensated for the lost shirt

Sir, I want to register a complaint regarding the services at IFB Launderette, Ballygunge, Kolkata. I had given few clothes for dry cleaning at the above mentioned shop on 08/06. It was due for delivery on 20/06.
After 2 to 3 times of going to the shop for taking the delivery I finally got some of the clothes delivered with one new shirt missing. I haven't yet got the compensation for the lost shirt even after visiting them for 4 to 5 times. I request you to do the needful so that I will be compensated for the loss incurred.
