Misleading/False Repair promises

My issue with them primarily is 'why promise when its not needed'. I never asked you to committ anything. Why not just 'sell' the shoes like everyone else and not get into this.

Here is what happened:

At the Inc. 5 shop in Pune in the new Koregaon Park Plaza mall. When i visited and bought a pair of shoes from them, the saleman there at the cash counter told me any Inc Pair shoes can be repaired by an Inc 5 shop within 15 days.

A week alter i returned with another broken pair of my Inc.5 shoes and the same guy (Arshad) asked me 20 questions around where, how much, when etc etc before he reluctantly told me he would take the pair but will have to check to see if it can be done and will ifnorm me in a day. he never called.

3 days later, i called him and he asked for 2-3 days more to check. he never called.

A week later I had to call him and this time he told me the shoes had 'just reached' the warehouse so he will call me back in a day. He has never called.

Its been a week now and i have no news. Now their shop number is coming as 'out of order' and the mobile he gave me is saying 'number does not exist'!!!

The slip he gave me says return within 15 day... its driving me mad.

I wish i knew who owned Inc.5 and i could tell them about misleading and false promising to a customer. i am seriously reluctant now to buy their footwear and i own a lot already sadly :(

my neighbour mochi was a better bet!!! Unfortunately i feel for their so called 'USP proposition'. I wish i ahd just gone to my neighbourhood mochi!!!

Thing is their shoes are not cheap. Any pair costs a minimum of 1500/- bucks. The one i gave for repair cost me almost 3k!!! id rather have it back in the broken condition than not at all. But it seems its just disappeared at their end!!
