Manufacturing Deffect

I bought a pair of sports shoes from Bata Shoe Store at Gopalan Legacy Mysore Road Bangalore on 6th May. On 28th May I visited the storees and showed the shoes and the deffect. The official suggested me to hand over the shoes to them and the shoes would be sent to the factory for fixing.

I went on 3rd June to deliver the shoes. To my surprise the store was closed and I learnt from the neighbouring shop that the store is closed once for all. The guy did not tell me about the plans of shop closure on 28th May and now I do not know what to do.
