Excess amount not refunded

I called up Kalazone on 18th may to book order. I was told that someone will call me to take the order.

When i did not recieved any call for 2 days, i called again on 21 st and booked order and transferred money to account number (ICICI bank).

But Your people sent it by VPP.

I had to pay VPP charges extra even when i had sent money in advance.

after that i have called up daily almost so that my 3444 INR are refunded Their employee said always it will be done today but nothing is happening.

I have spent at least 100 INr in just phone calls

Their employees are non cooperating they are just promising and doing nothing it seems

and when today when i said i will have to tell this to other people also one of the employee says we are big company you can do whatever you want to do does not matter to us.

This clearly shows how they treat their customer

I am yet to recieve my money even after 15 days continuous phone calls
