Defected Product And No Refund

Dear Sir,

On August I have a order a Shirt through India Times Shopping Having Order Number.112540142, Suborder No.3307574 when i receive my product it is defected. As per the policy i informed the India times about the defected product. They provide me reverse order service to change the order. I had send back the order to the India times for replace but till now neither i don't get my product nor my refund. n the contrary i had end several mail to the concern department. but they don't reply. It is fully exploitation of Consumer rights. Please take the proper action to refund my money otherwise i have to fill the suite against India times.
