Defective product not collected since 45 days and not refund money

My Indiatimes shopping OrderNumber is:--30000071509 and my complaints no is:--114739.

I had purchased "Kid Tent" and pay 700 Rs. Now I don't want to use this product and refund my money. I have call around 20 times for the same to Indiatimes shopping customer care.

Need help.
