WRONG SIZE OF REEBOK SHOES

I had ordered for Reebok jogging kit on 16.07.2009 with booking id 7770036433 and my credit card was debited on the same day for Rs.2298/-. Above order was taken as order no. OGA090666265 dated 29.08.2009 vide their invoice no. ORA090064509 dated 29.08.2009. The consignment was booked on 01.09.2009 and delivered on 05.09.2009 with wrong shoe size. I had ordered for shoe size 6 but they have sent shoes of size 9 (Nine).

I contacted them over phone and as per their instructions I returned the shoes on 11.09.2009 by Blue dart couriers and the same was delivered to them on 14.09.2009 at 15.10 hrs.

After giving them sufficient time, I took the matter for replacement over email several times. But I was getting the standard reply that their database was not updated.

I had even sent a legal notice, but no response from them.
