Online complaint False Information

I have placed a complaint on http://inconsumercomplaints.com on 12-01-10 for the non receipt of order placed on 11-Nov. They have reacted on the complaint.

I have received an email from India Today Book Club that the order date is 12-01 (BAGITTODAY/0GA100000577) rather than 11-Nov.

I had with me the confirmation email of 11-Nov which says

Billing Id:997497644

Date:11-11 23:39:41.0

Mode of payment: Credit Card/Debit Card

Total transaction amount:2298.0

Products purchased

Swatch Men's watch

Reebok Watch

Kindly give us 3-4 weeks for processing of your order from the date of confirmation.

You will receive an email and a sms with your dispatch details

This clearly shows that India Today Book Club is resorting to malpractice by contradicting heir own email which is totally unwarranted from such a reputed group. Rather than extending apology for their misadventure they are trying to change the order no. and date.
