INDIATODAY BOOK CLUB
Not getting free gift

I ordered for some CDs to INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB. there was a offer of free gift (one T-shirt and one Adidas bag) with CDs And I have got only CDs on 04-04-09 by paying one thousand rupees through invoice number ORA090022535.My ITBC is 09953678. But INDIATODAY BOOK CLUB did not send free gift with CDs. I am trying to claim my free gift from 07-04-09 onward. I have also made telephonic talk to customer executive of INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB.they always assure me.free gift is in processing.there is some technical problem.they will send me free gift soon. it is going to be one year. but I could not get my free gift.

please help me. I have all e-mail correspondance held between me and INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB.I can forward all mail to you.
