No Product Recieved

By seeing the e-mail advertisement of INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB, I have placed an order for 2 nos of REEBOK ROLLER COASTER SHOE (Size 9 and 10) on 17th Nov. My order numbers (web number) are 110047003 and 110047004.

And also I have given payment through my credit card. (Rs 1398 Rs 1398 = 2796). This amount has debited from my account also.

I have ordered it before about 2 - 3 months. Still I did not receive any products.

India Today Book Club have been cheating me for last 2 months.

I have sent many mails to them in feedback@indiatodaybookclub.com. I have called many times to 011 40502424. But I did not get any proper reply from your side. Always they used to tell me that you will get the product with in 14 days.

So now ITBC is 100% untrustworthy.

Now I atleast need my money back. I dont need the products. Anyway my problem must be justified by ITBC.
