Not received our reebok kit

Respected sir,

We booked our Reebok kit in INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB on 28/11/09, on the name of Raxa v shah. Our customer I.D no. is 880022331 and membership no. is ITBC09172860

We booked Reebok kit by phone and payment of Rs.3199 was done by credit card but till date we have not received our kit. They have given us a confirmation call and told us that we will receive our kit within 21 days but till date we have not received our kit and when we inquire they are not giving us proper response. So we hope that you will strictly look into the matter and do the needful.
