INDIATODAY BOOK CLUB
False promises made

I purchased Reebok fitness kit from India Today Book club in Feb. My ITBC number is ITBC09868748. When i received the packet, track suit was missing from that. I denied to accept from courier guy. Now after making almost 1000 calls and many emails to their customer care, i received Rs.1205 instead of Rs.3198. I would rather say that it is a india today fraud club. Now their customer care say that they cannot do anything on my case. According to them they have escalated my case to their higher authority and if they are telling me to go some Connaught Place address and meet Mr. Rohit. and they can do nothing to help me. Now it is more than one year and i am still awaiting my Refund. They have crossed all limits of false promises. I can name each and every person to whom i had talked in last one year. The name of customer care person's are as follows: Justin Fernandes, Rashid, Azeem Khan, Jitender. I am still cluesless if i will get my refund. I would request everyone to beware of India today book club. They are no. 1 fraud company in India. I am going to file a case in consumer court very soon. I will make them pay heavy fine for my harassment.
