Defective Product not replaced yet

I had bought a UCB Sunglasse from India today book club in Dec'09 but i recieved a defective product. I returned back the product next day and called the customer care. They said the same would be replaced and i would recieve a fresh piece within 30 days.

Till now i have not recieved the replaced product. I have contacted the customer care more than 100 times, but no satisfactory response.
