NON DELIVERY OF ORDER

Order for Rs. 2498 toward rebock items was placed on 23rd July and payment made by credit card. the goods have not been delivered till date inspite of various email reminders and phone calls made. email replies from the club ask us to be patient and that complaint is forwarded to concerned department. when we phone from mumbai (std charges), it take 15-20 minutes to get the person on line after keeping it on hold with no answer.after 9 months of waiting we need justice now
