Egarding not received kit

Dear sir/madam,

I have made a subscription four month before, and the amount has been deducted from my credit card, my sub no is 110067485.. when i used to talk to any customer care they used to tell wait for 21 days, even i have made more than ten times call and e-mails .. even his no 011 40502424 is just wasting my call charges now nobody ans over there and even there toll free no is now not working i.e. 18002006363.

This is too much mental harassment for me..what i supposed to do that now i dont know,
