Not receiving of purchased item after giving the money too

Espected sir my name is arun kumar and i m doing job in indian army.now i m posted in millitary college of telecommunication engineering mhow.sir i had given order of 5 items listed in the news paper in the month of februrary. my order no is "oga100022303".my order date is 18-02.the book club said that they will give my five items of total cost 30300.i paid the whole money but after receiving the items i saw it was only four items.one items was missing it was shoes.i complaint to book club they said they will give my balance items but so far i have not received my shoes.

sir i request you to take the necessary action please.
