Re: non-delivery of reebok shoes size six swift LP, Order No OGA0900097362

Eference Consumer Protection & Awareness Council (Regd) SAS Nagar letter CPAC/02678 dated 24 Mar 10 and further tele conversation on the subject. We learnt on 12M ay 10 that you had sent speed post parcel containing the shoe vide No ED 448937812 IN on 15 Apr. On enquiry at the post office it was learnt that instead of delivering the parcel at the given address a small slip was left in the letter box of the addressee. After some time, the post office returned the parcel to the place from where i twas despatched. It is brought to your notice that no slip was found in the letter box at the concerned house. You are requested to liaise with the concerned post office from where the parcel was sent and take delivery of the consignment. You are requested to send size six Reebok shoes to Mr HC Sood, The OASIS, H No 418 (Below St. Edward's School), Shiv Puri, Shimla 171001 (H P).
