Sirs, While living in Pune at Flat No.8, Parth Residency, Shivalaya Apts. Sus Road, Pune-411021, a few months back (exact Month & Date not remembered), I had responded to the offer of India Today Book Club for a Book on World Heritage Sites (as I remember) with 3 free gifts offered such as Roebok Shoe, Watch etc. I paid Rs.2998 through my Master card No.5420 3430 2194 1005. The amount was debited to my Card charge a/c by my Bank on 04.02.2011 with the legend "B-315 OKHLA P, India Today Book Club". But I did not receive the Book/Gift till April-17 till which time I was residing in Pune. Now my address is Flat No. 1 B, Palace Residency, Kalikotta Palace Road, Tripunithura, Ernakulam Dist, Kerala.
Please, either get me all the products or let me have full refund.
