India Today Book Club/rebok shoe
No delivery of items

I had booked and paid for a pair of Rebok shoes vide Order No. OGA 090011207 in February. Since then I have3 been continuously in touch with the executives of Books club, but to my surprise, till date I could not get either the material or any satisfactory reply from the organisation. I hereby once again request you to send the material as above at the earliest or refund my money back to my account without fail. Otherwise, I have left with no other alternative than to approach the Consumer Forum and the concerned RTI authority.

Such an unpleasant dealing from a reputed organisation like Times Today Book Club is highly unwanted and unexpected.

Kindly look into the above grievance and solve it without further delay.
