Non receipt of ordered watch

I ordered for swatch watch from bagittoday.com Order No. 997497644 (India Today Book Club) on 11-11. I paid the amount through CC. I was promised that the order will be delivered in 3-4 weeks time. Since then two months has passed but the order has not been dispatched. Whe i contacted on emails, they simply do not reply or gave vague answers like "Our system has not been updated, get back in 3-4 days". When contacted on telephone they say that there was some technical fault and promise that within 10 days the order will be delivered. Upto now nothing has happened.
It seems that India Today Group are now in cyber frauds and making money by fooling people around.
