Striping of shoe sole newly purchased on 23/05

The sole of J15606 footwear has partially stripped off.when i contacted the seller, L.P associates shop no.:1 L.G.F. fun republic mall gomti nagar lucknow, ph:0522-4071435, on 11/07 for the remedy, he misbehaved by saying that due to sale period of the product such case shall be entertained after july.i requested him repeatedly but he ignored.i'm a regular user of reebok products, but now i'm willing to switch on to some other brand due to dissatisfactory response of your dealer.the said product has been purchased through bill no. 643, TIN NO:09852305524 dated 23/05 for Rs 2999.
