LG FREEZE

I was purchase the LG refrigrator double door on 23-april. Now the ice box is not working last 1 month. I have already submitted the complain but there is no revert. i have already talk to varun 9991090326 (customer service man). He says that he will be come at your home for repairing the freeze. But not his moblie is not working of last 3 days. Pls suggest me what can i do.
