No Verfication of Signature on the credit card

Hi,

I visited the LifeStyle showroom (under City Square Mall) Rajouri Garden and my purse was pick-pockted by somebody on the first floor of the showroom. I requested them to help me nab the person but they were of very little help. But When I raised my voice, then the shop manager turned up after 10 minutes. I asked him to help me nab the person by checking out the CCTV camera. First he was resistent in doing that, but after my repeated requests he took me to the CCTV room but to my dismay even if I was able to make somebody made a transaction out of my credit card, due to the pathetic quality of CCTV cameras, his face was not recognizable. Post that, I asked them to show me the receipt of credit card transaction and this time also I was disgruntled to see that the executive at the sales counter didn't even bother to verify the signatures done by the person with my actual signature at the back panel of the credit card, which were completely unmatching. And when I asked them why you guys didn't do it, he casually replied that our job is over by the time we get the approval from the credit card company for the stipulated transaction amount.
