Aokang
Defective Handbag returned to the Shop but Shop closed down

On 2 April I had bought a navy blue color handbag from Aokang, Mumbai. The handbag's shoulder handle started to peel off after a month and I had returned the bag to the shop at Linking Road, Mumbai. They promised to send the bag to the factory in China and get it replaced.

I spoke to the CEO, Anirudh Banerjee. He promised me that he will look into this. He has also been unreachable till date.

Now it is been 14 months and the shop has been closed down. I trusted a brand and now i feel let down. Not only did i get the bag back but also lost money.
