NOT HONOURING THEIR OWN GIFT VOUCHERS

I presented a gift voucher of Rs.500 issued by Lifestyle Stores situate at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon, Mumbai towards payment of purchases made in their shop. Surprisingly, their system did not recognize the gift voucher and hence the gift voucher was not honoured. The relationship manager asked me to send mail to resolve the issue, which was done promptly by me.

Even after a lapse of 45 days, there is not even an acknowledgement from the company of my complaint.
