Poor quality of shoe

I bought a new all seasons shoe from Lords shoe in Dadar, last month on 7th i had not even used that shoe for 20 days and i took that shoe for repairing but the shop manager is not ready to listen and straight away he's telling that this is an minor defect this will go away once we do polish but i strongly feel that the issue won't solve after even that..

Its skin started coming off the shoe, even the low cost 300-400 is lasting more than 6 month then why this kind of brand not working for even that span of time.

I requesting to kindly check this issue as they are selling inferior goods at the superior rates.
