Bad shoes and bad behavio

I purchased the lotto shoes from noida Sector 24 (SPICE showroom) and i found the shoe to be cracking and the rubber material coming out in one month duration.

On returning the shoe to the store they said me that they will get back to me whihc they never did. I returned to them in a week's time and they told me to exchange the shoe fopr the same amount. Even though I did not like any model of shoes at that time, I still tried to pick something but they did not have the sizes. So I said I will come later.

When I went back again after 10 days, I was told that I can not exchange the shoes anymore as the production manager has said so. On talking to the production manger, he talked in a very dis respectful way and blamed that the shoe is spoiled by me only and can not be exchanged.

Its not the matter of the shoe amount but about "whats right?? " I need help on the same to sue the company and the production mangager. Kindly guide me for the same.
