Inferior quality of shoes

I Kanika Setia beg to say theat I being a Customer of thee Louis Phillipe Company purchased a pair of shoes on 24the Dec. The condition of thee shoes started deteriorating withein 4-5 days of wearing thee shoes. The quality of thee shoes is so poor as if we have purchased it from a roadside vendor instead of thee branded Company store. In spite of the fact that I have been a regular customer of thee Company my experience of theis commodity has been really bad. I request you to kindly take my complaint into consideration and take thee required action as so as possible. I will be highly obliged.
