I had purchased goods of Chingu blanket set on part payment of Rs.800 and the balance payment on receiving the goods, parcel was to be delivered on 5th Dec. 2011 yet not received. i m sorry to tell that the people of govt in jammu are cheaters if the govt is a cheater whom to complain.
