Low Quality Sandals

I bought a pair of sandals from Shoppers Stop for Rs. 900 and within 1 week the beads which were fitted on the top of the sandals came off. The company is not ready to get it replaced for me.

They will only service it and that too will take 21 working days. People cannot waste their time visiting the shop 2-3 times just for getting a pair of sandals repaired which couldn't even last properly for one week.
