No Quality Shoes

I purchased shoe woth Rs.2400. I hardly used it twice in a year. When I used it for the third time, I was surprised to see the soul go broken into powder. That happened when i was supposed to board a flight.

I had to borrow a sandals from my friend and leave for a meeting.

When asked METRO about it, they coolly say they have informed me that it should not be kept idle. Atrocious is only word to describe.

I don't have the bill. But willing to sue them. Please guide.
