The Shopkeeper is not giving the Bill even after the payment received which is mandatory for the bussinessman. My cloth (one suit and one coat) alog with Rs. 190/- is with the shopkeeper and I had made complaint to the POLICE COMMISSIONER also on dated 25-3 in respect of above that shopkeeper is not giving the bill and harrassing to the customer. Not giving the bill is encouraging corruption which needs to be investigate for weeding out. The shope keeper has advertised to send the cloths FREE to the residence of the customer but breaching his words. This very necessary to interven for weeding out the corruption and advice him to provide the bill as received the payment.
