MTV SUN GLASSES
Didnt receive the product

I booked the MTV Sun glasses from Bag it today email promotion. I have booked the offer for Rs 499 in the first week of November. I have sent them mail that I have not received the product and also contacted them over phone more than 10 times. every time I call them, they would ask for 2 to 3 weeks. Since it's been 4 months now I have asked for them to refund the money back for which they have not replied.

I bring this to your notice to do the needful, I'm fed up calling them.
