New shoes upper top rexin cracked

I bought my action campus shoes from a local store (Liberty shoes) which get cracked from upside which claimed to be last for 2 - 3 years by the shopkeeper, which is dis-pointed me very much and my faith on this company on doubt whether they sold me the duplicate one in the name of action campus or may be the company not concerned over their products quality.
