Egarding miss selling of shoes

Dear Sir,

I have bought a shoes from ACTION SHOES EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM named GLOBAL GARMENTS, RAGHAV NAGAR, DEORIA on 31/12. And after 10 days the pesting of shoes (shole part) become damage whenever, the time of sale the sales person commited for 3 months of gurranteed.

But, when I ask for gurranty, they miss-behave with me and not providing me any solution.
