Sir,

I purchased Adidas Shoe (Code no:333612) in Vijayawada on 10/06 against the cash bill no:5 for the Price of Rs.2799.00.The above shoe was put in use from 15/06 till today. The sole of the shoe got peeled off itself with in this short period of usage. This complaint was put forwarded to the Vijayawada Adidas Showroom by phone. They told to make a complaint through Adidas web site for the replacement of the shoe.

So, kindly acknowledge this complaint and extend your service to the Player.

We are staying in Neyveli and we are going to Chennai on 24/06 for the State Ranking tournament for which the shoe is urgently needed.
