Shoes turned out to be defective

Dear sir,

I felt very much ashamed when i had worn my shoes which i had purchased from pacific mall, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh last week.

When i had worn them they turned out to be uncomfortable and after some time i realized that my ankle is swollen from backside and it was paining like anything.

I hope that whatever is wrong is done will be rectified as soon as possible.
