ADIDAS Shoe defects found after one use within one month of purchase but not exchanged

Sir,

I purchased ADIDAS shoe, Part No-333694 from Shop-Shoe Garden, Insar Market, Panipat, prop-Navin Jindal on 16-01 paying Rs-1800/-.They told any defects can be replaced within 6 months.

But after onetime use within 10days (26-01) the shoe found one defects on sole, Then denied to replace only they can repair.
