Adidas sports shoes

I ordered an ADIDAS sports shoes on 18 APRIL.The item was sent through ARAMEX courier. On 21 APRIL the item reached their KOLKATA office (as I tracked by my waybill no. 6277469166). But neither I am getting the item nor they are responding to my query telephonic ally. Why such a harassment?
