Not getting my gift as per there committment

Dear sir... in big bazar as from many days sone ki chidiya offer is going on... and regarding to that u had commited us that there products are given will get all the customers after purchasing of perticular amount sir my 40 points are collected and i ask them for the kitcehn set on 24 points but they are telling me that it is not avail, . when i ask them to to give it before 30 may they told me that there is no gaurantee that it will be avail. that time... plz help me sir... i had only done shopping for that gift i like it a lot plz plz plz
