After taking so much follow up in Telephone he is just reply your claim is in proses but not reply any thinking writing this is not a customer satisfaction but you keep the consumer in dark, I am already spend about 200/ in phone calls the details is attached in below...

I submit the old shoo pair in the Reliance foot print on 28/01 for claim, & till date i.e. on 13/02 after 17 days I am not get settled my claim, as per your slip mentioned time for delivery is 15 days, so look in to the matter & reply me on mail
