Ush not working hole in filter not working on 15the numbe

Sir with kind regards i purchased a washing machine 20 days ago dealer said it is one and only brush in built machine i got it and on the same day brush dislodged, saw a hole in filter and machine not working on 15th speed limit i told dealer and service centre they came once after a week and said these parts are not available when we got it will be done

how i can bear this i paid cash 8400/-and on the very first day it is futile for me and behaviour of service centre is not satisfactory

kindly look into the matter i want new machine now im not agree to replace part otherwise i will go for legal option this is final my mob 9997053132
