Poor Service

Respected Sir,

I bought a Parx pant from raymond parx showroom E 20-B, Part 2, Central marked, lajpat nagar new delhi, Ph- 01146572573. Trouser needs some minor alteration for which shop owner asked me to wait for half an hour and they will give me perfect fiiting trouser after doing little alteration. On the words of shop owner I paid the full amount however they havent made proper alteration and despite of several complaints they haven't taken any action.

The pant cost me around 1700 INR and Code On the Pant is- F01033/G7/G032. I want to lodge a complaint in consumer court against the company and want compensation against it, as when i went to showroom for replacement they simply said no to me and still proper alteration is also not done. It is too much mental frustration for me because of poor service by the showroom owner and every time i give tehm call they simply make fun of me and yet no action taken by them on my complaints.
